Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Delays
Shubaz is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges
- We are not liable for lost parcels due to wrong details
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please ensure:
- Your phone number is active
- You are available to receive the parcel
Failure to receive COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
Order Confirmation

Orders not confirmed may be cancelled.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
